You may return unused scented candles within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The candles must be in their original condition and packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your returned candles, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If you would like to exchange your scented candles for a different fragrance or product, please indicate this when initiating your return. We will ship the replacement item once we receive your return.
If your candles arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no charge to you.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable returns.
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees. Please contact us before returning international orders to discuss the best shipping method.
If you received a Waxcandlesio candle as a gift and would like to return it, please contact us. We can issue store credit or help arrange an exchange for a different product.
